Residential Security Manager
Job Responsibilities
Design and manage a layered security program including RST coverage, access control, and patrol protocols. Oversee camera/alarm integrations, guard schedules, incident logs, and emergency drills. Coordinate with local law enforcement, vendors, and staff on threat awareness and response. Support principal movements, events, and sensitive deliveries with low-visibility professionalism. Maintain SOPs, visitor policies, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
7+ years in private security, EP, or law enforcement with residential focus. Knowledge of CCTV, alarms, LPR, and perimeter technologies; vendor oversight experience. Calm under pressure, excellent judgment, and strong report writing. Valid licenses/certifications as required; defensive driving proficiency. Ability to maintain confidentiality and train staff on safety practices.
