The Personal Assistant to the Executive will provide seamless, high-level support across both professional and personal spheres, ensuring the Executive’s time, priorities, and lifestyle are managed with discretion and efficiency. This role requires orchestrating complex calendars, travel itineraries, and daily schedules, while also coordinating meetings, preparing briefing materials, and managing confidential communications. Beyond the office, responsibilities extend to personal errands, family logistics, event planning, and liaising with household staff, vendors, and service providers to maintain a smooth flow between business and private life. The ideal candidate is resourceful, polished, and anticipatory—capable of handling shifting demands, solving problems before they surface, and representing the Executive with poise in every interaction. A refined presence, exceptional organizational skills, and unwavering discretion are essential, ensuring the Executive’s affairs are conducted with elegance, efficiency, and absolute confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, or high-net-worth individuals, with a proven ability to manage complex schedules, travel, and communications in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment. Exceptional organizational skills, polished written and verbal communication, and a mastery of discretion and confidentiality are essential. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Apple ecosystem, and scheduling platforms) is required, along with the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities. A professional demeanor, refined presentation, and strong interpersonal skills will enable effective interaction with business partners, family members, and household staff alike. The role demands resourcefulness, flexibility to work evenings or weekends when needed, and an anticipatory mindset that ensures the Executive’s needs are met before they arise. A background in luxury service, hospitality, or estate management is highly valued, and a college degree is preferred.
