Owner’s Representative / Construction Project Manager (Fixed-Term)
Job Responsibilities
Represent the principal’s interests across architects, GCs, designers, and municipalities. Develop schedules, budgets, and change-order tracking; chair OAC meetings and site walks. Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and documentation of all milestones. Coordinate temporary living/workarounds to minimize household disruption. Deliver concise, visual reporting and handover packages upon closeout.
Qualifications & Requirements
8–12+ years in high-end residential construction or owner’s rep roles. Deep understanding of contracts, permitting, inspections, and finishes. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and punch-list management skills. Proficiency with scheduling tools and document control platforms. Ability to operate with discretion around principals and neighbors.
