Executive Housekeeper

Role Description The Executive Housekeeper for UHNW Family is a full-time, on-site role based in Naples, FL. This position is responsible for overseeing and executing all daily housekeeping operations, including detailed cleaning, organizing, laundry care, wardrobe management, and maintaining household standards across interior spaces. The Executive Housekeeper will coordinate housekeeping schedules, manage supplies and inventory, and ensure that all rooms and service areas are consistently prepared to a luxury standard. The role involves direct interaction with principals and guests, providing courteous, discreet service, and collaborating with other household staff to support events, guest stays, and special requests. This position also includes training and guiding other housekeeping personnel, establishing protocols, and maintaining checklists to ensure consistency and efficiency in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong housekeeping and laundry skills, including care for fine linens, delicate fabrics, and wardrobe organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact professionally and discreetly with principals, guests, and household staff.
• Exceptional organization skills, including time management, inventory tracking, and maintaining detailed housekeeping checklists.
• Experience in training and mentoring housekeeping staff, setting standards, and implementing household protocols.
• Prior experience in luxury residential, estate, or hospitality environments, ideally with UHNW or private family households.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality, with a service-oriented mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Naples, FL, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfort with basic technology for schedules, inventories, and communication; valid driver’s license preferred.

• 10+ years of housekeeping experience in luxury homes, high-end hotels, or yachts.
• Strong laundry and wardrobe care skills, including delicates, pressing/steaming, stain treatment, and closet organization.
• Proven ability to maintain exceptionally high standards of cleanliness, detail, and organization.
• Comfortable working in UHNW households with absolute discretion and professionalism.
• Experience with luxury finishes and proper care techniques.
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to work independently while following household protocols.
• Warm but unobtrusive service style with strong communication skills.
• Ability to assist with light boat preparation and safe boarding support (experience on yachts a plus).
• Adaptable, reliable, and able to maintain strong boundaries and confidentiality.
• Must pass background check, driving check, credit check, criminal history, and provide professional references.
