Newcastle Consulting Group was founded in 1999 when Mel Ingalls left the database marketing software
company he had founded. Newcastle began in Denver, Colorado, servicing small and mid-sized clients
throughout the US, and expanded into New Zealand in 2006. They are now based in Wellington, New Zealand and provide comprehensive business consulting and coaching services.
Newcastle has a range of consultants, coaches and other professional service providers upon whom we
can call as needed, but the core team consists of:
- Mel Ingalls, Managing Director:
Mel has consulted to a number of companies and government entities in both New Zealand and the US as well as the New Zealand
government, providing services around both business, strategy and IT issues.
- Wendy Somers-Ingalls, Director:
Wendy has coached and consulted with business people at all management levels concerning business, leadership and interpersonal issues. She is also
an expert in wine marketing.
